Sebastian Drewes has over 20 years’ professional experience and initially joined David Chipperfield Architects in 2010 where he worked on several London projects including as part of the Selfridges department store redevelopment team and as project architect for a private house in Kensington. After two years away, Sebastian re-joined in 2018, becoming an Associate in 2021. Since his return he has worked across a broad range of typologies internationally, including on a new headquarters building in Seoul and an art gallery in Bled, Slovenia. He is currently the project architect for the Lyon Confluence mixed-use development in France. Sebastian is a founding member of the practice’s Sustainable Design Group.
