Levan Kiknavelidze has been part of David Chipperfield Architects Berlin since 2020. His work focuses on cultural buildings and the refurbishment of existing structures, with a particular emphasis on the design and coordination of visible additions and interventions in heritage contexts. At the Germanisches Nationalmuseum in Nuremberg, he is part of the core team, contributing to a wide range of tasks throughout the entire design process. Other significant projects include the Ceramic Art Avenue Taoxichuan in Jingdezhen and The Ned in Doha.

Levan studied architecture at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, the Münster School of Architecture, and the Berliner Hochschule für Technik.
