Thomas Pyschny studied architecture at the Technische Universität Dresden and the Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan in Stockholm. After graduating in 2006, he worked as a qualified architect in Regensburg in Germany. Thomas has worked at David Chipperfield Architects in Berlin since 2011. The focus of his work in the office is in the developed, technical and detail design stages. Since joining the practice, he has worked on a number of projects, including Carmen Würth Forum in southern Germany and Amorepacific headquarters in Seoul, for which he led the planning as project architects during the construction documentation and administration phases. He led the Elbtower Hamburg competition team, subsequently taking on the role of project architect together with Daniel Wendler. In 2017 Thomas became an associate in the Berlin office.
