In 2001, Martina began her long-standing collaboration with David Chipperfield Architects Berlin and became an Associate in 2025. She contributed to a wide range of projects, with a focus on museums, residential projects and working with existing structures, such as the refurbishment of the Neue Nationalgalerie and, as Project Lead, the Museum of Modern Literature and the interior restoration of the Schiller National Museum in Marbach am Neckar, as well as the Marina Apartments in Bad Saarow. In addition, Martina supports internal meetings and workshops as a trained moderator and serves as a peer support contact.

She studied architecture at the Technische Universität Braunschweig and the ETSAM in Madrid, Spain.
