Harald Müller has been a Partner in the Berlin office since 2011 and plays a leading role in the financial control as well as the project and contract management. He started working for David Chipperfield Architects in 1994 as an executive architect in Berlin. In 1998, following the competition win for the Neues Museum, Harald founded the Berlin office of David Chipperfield Architects, together with Mark Randel and Eva Schad.

As Managing Director from 1998 to 2022 he has been responsible for the management of a wide range of key projects in the Berlin office, including the Neues Museum on Berlin’s Museum Island, the Museum of Modern Literature in Marbach am Neckar and the Amorepacific headquarters in Seoul.

Harald studied architecture at the Technische Universität Braunschweig and the Technische Universität Berlin.
