Dirk Gschwind studied architecture at the Fachhochschule Potsdam and has been working as a qualified architect since 1999. He joined David Chipperfield Architects in Berlin in 2000. As project architect he has been responsible for a number of projects, including the site design supervision of Parkside Apartments on Potsdamer Platz in Berlin and the development of the Rena Lange store concept and its implementation in stores worldwide. Dirk became an associate at David Chipperfield Architects Berlin in 2006. Currently the focus of his work is contract management and financial controlling. Since 2008 Dirk is furthermore responsible for product design as managing director of DC Design.
