Hoxton Press and Selfridges Duke Street are among 83 projects shortlisted for the Royal Institute of British Architects’ (RIBA) London Regional Awards. The former comprises two brick-clad residential towers in Shoreditch and was designed in collaboration with Karakusevic Carson Architects; the latter is the reconfiguration of and a new entrance building for the famous department store. The regional awards are the first phase of the RIBA Awards and the successful candidates will be put forward for the national awards. The winners will be announced in May.
