Responsibilities:
- You receive, classify and document support requests via various communication channels
- You diagnose and solve technical problems in the areas of hardware, software and peripherals
- You assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- You help our team members with questions about common software applications and operating systems, on-site and remotely
- You ensure that the hardware and software in the meeting rooms are working properly
- You forward complex technical enquiries to the relevant colleague
- You analyse upcoming challenges in relation with networks, servers and IT
- You support the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure projects
- You conduct technical training and workshops for employees
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the field of IT or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in dealing with helpdesk systems, service processes and in the area of software distribution
- Very good knowledge of hardware (workstations, laptops, printers), Windows client operating systems, MS Office applications and other business applications
- Strong technical understanding, high service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken languages skills in German and English
