As a globally active architecture firm with around 150 staff at our campus in Berlin, we are committed to creating sustainable value for society through our architecture. Responsibilities:

  • You receive, classify and document support requests via various communication channels
  • You diagnose and solve technical problems in the areas of hardware, software and peripherals
  • You assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • You help our team members with questions about common software applications and operating systems, on-site and remotely
  • You ensure that the hardware and software in the meeting rooms are working properly
  • You forward complex technical enquiries to the relevant colleague
  • You analyse upcoming challenges in relation with networks, servers and IT
  • You support the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure projects
  • You conduct technical training and workshops for employees

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the field of IT or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in dealing with helpdesk systems, service processes and in the area of software distribution
  • Very good knowledge of hardware (workstations, laptops, printers), Windows client operating systems, MS Office applications and other business applications
  • Strong technical understanding, high service orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken languages skills in German and English
