We are seeking a professional, dedicated Housekeeper. The successful candidate will maintain an exceptionally clean, orderly, and welcoming studio environment that mirrors a home-like culture of care. You will be responsible for all aspects of routine cleaning and contribute to a people-focused workspace where every team member feels valued and comfortable.

Hours: Full-time 8:00–16:30

Key Responsibilities

Daily cleaning and upkeep

  • General cleaning of all office areas including bathrooms to a high standard
  • Dust, polish surfaces; ensure glass and mirrors are pristine
  • Collect crockery from across the office and return it to the Canteen
  • Waste management, empty general and recycling bins, ensure proper disposal, and manage confidential waste appropriately
  • Maintain Canteen and tea/coffee stations, restock supplies, ensure hygienic handling of food and beverages
  • Assist with the monitoring and replenishing of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables and ensure these are distributed throughout the building effectively
  • Report any repairs or maintenance issues

Front of house support (support only)

  • Assist with meeting room preparation, ensuring rooms are clean and set up appropriately and tidied after use
  • Assist with light refreshments for internally organised events, ensure clean and presentable service areas
  • Help to maintain a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring spaces feel cared for, uncluttered, and well-presented
  • Ad-hoc reception desk support
  • Health & safety, security, and compliance
  • Follow all health and safety, security and compliance policies
  • Ensure security-conscious practices in line with office security procedures

Culture

  • Promote a culture of care and treat the studio as a home; demonstrate courtesy, discretion, and respect for colleagues
  • Be available to assist the wider team with small tasks that support a smooth working environment
  • Encourage Sustainability-minded practices, including responsible use of resources and waste reduction where possible

Skills and Experience

  • Experience as a professional commercial cleaner/housekeeper delivering to a high standard of cleanliness
  • Strong eye for detail, reliable and consistent, proactive approach
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Polite, professional, and discreet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
