Our Berlin office is looking for experts to join our digital management team with leadership experience in the field of digitalisation, interested in developing and implementing digital strategies, as well as in supporting our company in adapting our working methods to the digital world.
We understand Digital Management as a management process that develops the content alignment of our future digital strategy and continuously advises on potential within the office with respect to digitalisation. The Digital Management team ensures the implementation of all digitalisation projects, as well as their long-term monitoring, coordination of necessary training and control of budgets and resources.
Key tasks for the planning and implementation of a targeted company digital strategy:
- Determination of requirements, strategy development and budget planning
- Project initiation and decision-making
- Planning the implementation, development and introduction of digital processes
- Ensuring operation and maintenance
Required qualifications and expertise:
- Degree in the field of IT, digitalisation and/or architecture with relevant supplementary training
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital processes (software and development) as well as technical infrastructure (hardware)
- High level of identification with the topic of digitalisation in the field of architecture
- Strong understanding of the necessary support and administrative processes in an architectural practice
