Project management always acts proactively and with foresight towards the client and subcontractors, moderating the process. Internally, contract/project management together with the project architect and the design lead form a triad that sets the framework conditions and project objectives while evaluating and resolving conflicting goals in the interest of the project's success and the needs of the company and the project teams.
The focus of responsibility for all appointed design stages is as follows:
— Preparation and negotiation of fee proposals, contracts, supplementary fee proposals

— Solid work experience, in particular as project manager and/or project architect in Germany and ideally also internationally
— Experience with complex projects as well as projects with a budget of > net 150 Million €
— Understanding of the requirements of a good process culture and high quality results both in the design as well as in the realisation
— Sense for design quality and in particular for setting the course in the planning process in terms of concept
— Constructive expertise
— Knowledge of legal framework

— Structured working methods, analytical thinking and ability to prioritise
— Strategic and result-driven thinking
— Team-player
