Torsten Richter has been part of David Chipperfield Architects Berlin since 2016, becoming an Associate in 2025. As a Senior Architect with a focus on technical design, he brings extensive experience in the realisation of complex cultural buildings. He has played a significant role in the design and development of internationally recognised projects, including the James-Simon-Gallery in Berlin, the Elbtower in Hamburg and the National Archaeological Museum in Athens.

Torsten studied architecture at the Technische Universität Berlin and Universität der Künste Berlin.
