Jonas Hoffmann has been part of the Chipperfield Kantine in Berlin since 2020, managing it with a passion for good food and a clear sense of the bigger picture. He was appointed Associate in 2025. Whether overseeing daily operations or curating special events, he ensures that quality, atmosphere and organization work together seamlessly and accompanies new concepts from idea to implementation.
With many years of experience in top level gastronomy, he brings a strong commitment to precision, creativity, service and teamwork. Jonas studied Tourism Management at IU International University in Berlin.
