Harriet Bartlett joined David Chipperfield Architects' London office in 2021 and was made an Associate in 2025. She currently serves as Project Architect for the House of Commons portion of the Parliamentary Precinct Block 2 project in Ottawa, having previously led the Functional Program during the pre-design phase. Harriet’s work at the practice has also included the transformation of 1014 Fifth Avenue and the Rolex Building façade design, both in New York. Prior to joining the practice, she worked on several listed buildings within sensitive and complex sites, including the refurbishment of the Grade II* Listed Danish Church in London and the redevelopment of Centre Point. Harriet studied architecture at Cardiff University and completed her Masters at Aarhus School of Architecture in Denmark. She is involved in studio resourcing and is a member of the DCA W group.
