Bruce Doran joined David Chipperfield Architects in 2021, becoming an Associate in 2025. During his time at the practice, he has worked on the Rolex Building in New York and a mid-rise sustainable residential development in Canberra. He recently led a large architectural team on the design of a significant mixed-use residential and hotel development in Dubai and is currently the project architect for an office project in London. Prior to joining David Chipperfield Architects, Bruce worked for several British architecture practices including Piercy&Company, where he worked on the design of new build and reuse office projects in central London, and Rick Mather/MICA Architects, where he worked on heritage projects and academic buildings for the University of Oxford.
