Together with Michael Freytag, he led the design for the refurbishment of the Neue Nationalgalerie in Berlin. Daniel became an associate in the Berlin office in 2017. Since 2018 he has been project architect for the Elbtower in Hamburg, together with Thomas Pyschny. Further to this, Daniel took on the role of project manager in 2021, supervising a number of projects in this capacity.
