Amy joined David Chipperfield Architects in 2019 and is Director of People Operations. She holds overall responsibility for the people strategy at the practice, leading on recruitment, diversity and inclusion, remuneration, learning, and HR policy, compliance, and operations. She is committed to creating an inclusive, diverse and healthy workplace where everyone feels respected and able to perform at their best.
Amy has spent her career working at leading creative companies across architecture, design, contemporary art, and publishing and has over 30 years’ experience in HR. She has a strong interest in collaborative process, change management and technology as well as extensive experience with executive coaching, leadership training and development. She is a founding member of the Architecture Race Forum, working across the industry to promote education and action on anti-racism and inclusion.
