Design for Living, the first monographic exhibition dedicated to the work of David Chipperfield Design has opened at Casa RIA in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. The exhibition brings together a selection of objects developed by David Chipperfield Design over the last 35 years. It explores design as an act of care, rooted in materiality, place and everyday life, through a selection of over 50 objects presented alongside prototypes, sketches and references across the first two floors of the building. The exhibition can be visited from Monday to Saturday, 10am – 5pm, at Casa RIA and will run until June. In the coming weeks, the public programme of activities will be announced at @fundacionria, expanding the conversation around design.
