Arena Milano, now called Unipol Dome, has officially opened as a multipurpose music and events venue operated by Eventim. The opening was celebrated with an official ceremony followed by a concert from Italian rock star Luciano Ligabue. Designed in collaboration with Arup the arena offers capacity for up to 16,000 visitors across two tiers, parterre and an upper level with lounges and sky boxes, alongside a large piazza extending the programme to open-air formats.
Having first opened its doors for the ice hockey competitions of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, the venue now serves as a major destination for live entertainment and sport in Milan.
