Located on Madison Avenue, between East 69th Street and East 70th Street, the project consists of a sixteen-storey residential building as well as the restoration and rehabilitation of three historic row houses. The scope also includes the design of a three-storey rooftop addition atop one of the existing terraced houses. The proposal was presented to the Landmarks Preservation Commission last year and again in February of this year. The Commission has now approved the project with further refinement of the design, which is currently underway.
