The new 24 storey residential tower will contain 158 apartments with shared amenities and a roof terrace. The building is defined by its structural grid that dictates the space for seven residential units per floor. Living rooms and bedrooms are placed on the periphery, taking advantage of daylight and views while ancillary spaces are located deeper in the plan, facing the central circulation core. The main façade elements are clad in granite, framing large, recessed window openings. The project broke ground on 26 July and is set for completion in 2028.
