Construction of two new buildings within the Bötzow Brewery masterplan has reached a key stage with the topping out ceremony on site in Berlin under attendance of the client Hans Georg Näder and Berlin’s mayor Kai Wegner. The masterplan re-establishes the Bötzow Brewery as a public destination within the city fabric. Completed in 2021, the refurbishment of the historic buildings maintain the industrial identity of the site, while three additional buildings and a pavilion for a public beer garden will complete the ensemble.
Berlin‘s mayor Kai Wegner states: "I am quite sure that this project is a platform for entrepreneurship, a source of inspiration and also a hub for growth and progress - I think that fits Berlin very well.“
Bötzow Brewery is expected to complete by the end of 2024/beginning of 2025.
