In celebration of the fifth anniversary of the opening of the Amorepacific headquarters in Seoul, South Korea, David Chipperfield Architects Berlin and the cosmetics group have realised an exhibition titled "Building.Beauty". Hosted within the headquarters' showrooms, the exhibition began on 18 September and will now remain open until 12 October.
Featuring drawings, quotes, film, photography, and in-depth technical information, the exhibition explores universal aspects of beauty that mark the essence of the Amorepacific corporation. It investigates the concept of beauty transcending time and space, cultures, professions, and generations, and presents its spatial concept as a fusion of architecture, urban landscapes, and nature.
