Several of Germany’s Minister Presidents – heads of state for the country’s sixteen Bundesländer – visited the James Simon Galerie 21 March. They were invited by SPK (Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation) President Hermann Parzinger as a way of thanking the German states for their ongoing support of the SPK. David Chipperfield and Alexander Schwarz led the tour of the building, which was completed in December and will open to the public this summer.
