On 19 November, David Chipperfield took part in a panel discussion with architects Regine Leibinger, Jacques Herzog, HG Merz and Franco Stella at the James-Simon-Galerie in Berlin. Each architect was invited to talk about their current work in Berlin. The discussion covered contemporary cultural buildings, urban development and dealing with history.
The Blaues Sofa (Blue Sofa) series is one of Germany's most successful TV formats on literature and this is the first such event dedicated to architecture. The video of the event is available on ZDF’s media library.
