Building work on the second phase of the Carmen Würth Forum in southern Germany has now started. The first phase, which opened in 2017, saw a concert hall and large events hall constructed on an open meadow in Künzelsau. The new construction will add an art museum and flexible conference area, further establishing the complex’s conceptual idea of a forum. The building was designed for the Würth Group, a world-leader in the manufacture and distribution of assembly and fastening materials, but is also used by the wider community. It is set to open in 2020.
