In Mexico City, a series of previews, panel discussions and parties took place to celebrate the opening of the contemporary art space ‘Museo Jumex’. The museum was commissioned by Eugenio López, a long-time art collector and heir to the Jumex juice company, to house his foundation’s collection. The building opened with A Place in Two Dimensions, an exhibition curated by Patrick Charpenel, on the top floor and a futher exhibition on James Lee Byars on the second floor titled ½ An Autobiography.
